As a member-owner, you have a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our credit union by voting in the Board of Directors Election. Board members play a critical role in making strategic decisions that shape our credit union’s success and enhance your member experience.

• Results announced at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

How to vote

Voting is quick, secure, and fully online for all members. Here’s how it works:

1. Login to your online banking during the voting period
2. Navigate to the “More” tab in the top menu
3. Select “Director Voting” and follow the steps to cast your vote

For business members and members with dual membership (Servus and connectFirst), the process has slight adjustments to ensure a smooth experience.

Dual members

If you’re a member of both Servus and connectFirst Credit Unions:

• If you are using Servus online banking, please log in, navigate to the “More” tab in the top menu, and select “Director Voting”. Follow the steps to cast your vote.
• If you don’t have online banking access, please contact our Member Contact Centre (1.877.378.8728) for assistance.

Business members

If you are a business member, you can still vote online. To do this, please reach out to your legacy credit union’s Member Contact Centre. For Servus, call 1.877.378.8728, and for connectFirst, call 1.877.378.8728. You will receive your unique voting credentials along with a link to the voting platform.

Important notes

Proxy voting (casting a vote on behalf of another member) is not permitted.

Voter eligibility and election rules

To participate in the 2025 Board of Directors election, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. It’s also important to note that this year’s election marks our first as a unified credit union following the merger of Servus and connectFirst Credit Unions, and all members will vote under the “one member, one vote” principle.
