Since our initial announcement, both credit unions have been working through the due diligence process and are so excited to share information about the potential merger with you very soon.

As a member-owner of our credit union, your voice carries tremendous weight. You will have an opportunity to learn about the intended merger as well as to participate in a member vote required in order for the merger to proceed. However, we know you may have questions and want more details to inform your vote.

Some of our timelines and activities are regulated, so we can't give you all the information quite yet. But, in mid-August, we'll be able to provide you with more details and insight into the potential merger, including benefits to you and other members.

We'll be launching a new website with some of the details you're looking for and holding information sessions around Alberta so we can answer questions. We'll also be sharing voting instructions and so much more in the coming weeks.
