As part of our merger journey, some former connect First branches now display Servus signage. This change follows the January 2025 announcement that our merged credit is moving forward with the Servus name.

While we’re working towards visually aligning all our branches, some systems and services in former connectFirst branches are still being integrated. This means that if you visit any former connectFirst branch, some processes may differ slightly from those at your Servus home branch. If your needs are urgent or if you require specific services, your Servus home branch or our contact centre at 1.877.378.8728 may still be the fastest option.

We’re continuing to work behind the scenes to bring all parts of our credit union together. As we move forward, we’ll keep you informed of any changes that affect your experience. Our goal is to make these updates as seamless as possible.
