TeleService® Retires on May 6, 2025

Effective May 6, 2025, our TeleService® will be discontinued. Our team is here to make the transition easy for you. We offer many secure and convenient ways to bank, including:

  • Online banking allows you to securely complete your transactions right from your computer or smartphone. It’s easy to get set up. Just visit your local branch or call us to enroll and learn more. To make this transition easier, you can also visit onlinemobilebanking.servus.ca to get you started.
  • Call our Member Contact Centre at 1.877.378.8728, and one of our agents can help you with all the transactions you previously could do within TeleService®, including balance inquiries, transfers within your account, and bill payments. Our Member Contact Centre would be happy to assist you. We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Visit a branch. Our branch employees are, as always, available to assist you with any of your banking needs. Find the branch closest to you and its hours of operation.
  • Access any credit union ATM. Besides our credit union, you can access over 4,867 ding-free® credit union ATMs throughout Canada, a more extensive network than most banks. "Ding-free" means you won't incur a surcharge for withdrawals, deposits, or balance inquiries at any credit union ATM. You can check this website to find the nearest ding-free ATM to you.
